Ingredients
for fruit I used:
- 6 oranges - peeled
- 6 apples - diced
- 1 small cantaloupe - diced
- 3 bananas - sliced
for the dressing:
- 1 ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 lemon zest - from 1 lemon
Instructions
- Whisk all dressing ingredients together well and stir it into mixed fruit.
- Refrigerate until time to serve - could this be any easier?
