This bruschetta with mozzarella recipe is the perfect appetizer. Easy to make, super fresh, and tastes fantastic. And the aromatics of this appetizer are incredible.

What You Need

Mozzarella, Tomatoes, Olive Oil, Garlic, Salt and Pepper, Baguette

Remove seeds, then cut the tomatoes into small pieces and put in a large bowl.

Gather up all your fresh basil and cut it into thin strips.

Mix it with fresh mozzarella cheese and drizzle the mixture with olive oil and with salt and pepper.
