1poundKielbasathinly sliced
pierogi recipe.
1mediumOnioncoarsely chopped
Green onionfor garnish

Preparations
Slice the kielbasa nice and thin.
Dice the onion into small pieces.
Slice the green onion for serving.
If using frozen pierogies, remove them from the freezer 10 minutes before cooking.
Cooking instructions
Set a large skillet over medium-high heat with a spoonful of butter and cook the onions and sausage for 5 to 6 minutes until browned.
Cook pierogies in the skillet for 2-3 minutes (6-8 minutes for frozen pierogies) until they become golden and soft.
