This delicious Roasted Red Pepper Sauce is super easy to make in just 15 minutes and is the perfect accompaniment to your Greek pizza. And all you need is some roasted peppers, tomato paste, garlic, herbs, and a pinch of chili for a bit of spice to add flavor and depth to any dish!

½teaspoonDried parsley
½teaspoonOnion powder

Drain the liquid from the jarred peppers.
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process on high-speed to your desired consistency.
Pour the roasted red pepper mixture into a jug for serving immediately or a bottle/airtight container for storing.
