Transfer the stretched-out pizza dough to your pizza pan.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
Cooking instructions
Microwave the cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds until it becomes very soft. Mix in the ranch seasoning and spread this over the pizza crust.
Sprinkle ¼ cup of the mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
Combine the cooked chicken and buffalo wings sauce in a bowl and evenly spread this on top of the cheese. Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until the edges of the dough begin to brown and the cheese and sauce start to bubble.
Remove the buffalo chicken pizza from the oven and garnish with chopped green onion and ranch dressing. Slice it using a pizza cutter, and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
Prevent your chicken buffalo pizza from sticking to the panA good tip to help your pizza slide right off the baking pan is to wrap it in aluminum foil and drizzle olive oil over it. This will prevent the pizza crust from sticking to your pan and eliminate washing the pan afterward.Easy transfer the stretched doughAn easy way to transfer the dough from the surface to your pan is to fold it in half and then again to form a quarter. Place that into the middle of the pan and unfold it so that it fits your pan. Alternatively, you can use your rolling pin to gently lift the dough onto the pan.
