Ingredients
6large eggs
2cupsmilk
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoondry mustard
9slicesbreadcubed
12slicesbaconcooked and chopped
1cupcheddar cheesegrated
Instructions
Get a large bowl, whisk the eggs, and milk salt mustard together.
Cook the bacon over medium heat in a skillet and stir it intermittently.
Proceed to chop the bread and bacon into cubes.
Grease your 13" x 9" baking dish with a small piece of butter or cooking spray.
Spread the bread cubes in the bottom of the dish.
Sprinkle over the bacon.
Add cheddar cheese on top.
Pour the egg mixture over the top.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Bake it for 45 - 60 mins in oven at 350°F (177°C) and serve.
